The 4th President of Cuba, Alfredo Zayas Bazan was living in this house from 1921 to 1929. Vitoriano Style house, it was built on 1905, very well conserved with its original roof lamp, it was restored in the 2005. It has very high doors with a great and fantastic view of the Havana bay, it has a very nice balcony, not wide at all, but good enough for drinking beer, mojitos etc. with a great atmosphera, the balcony surrounds two bedrooms and the livingroom. Furnitures have a beautiful Italian green damasks, there is an small bar to prepare drinks. The room are very well decorated with big curtains of Chinese velvet. Private bathroom with Hot/cold water the 24 hours a day. There are 2 high seats in the balcony with an small table, just to get a great relax after a long walking day, looking at the bay, talking and drinking.
